Royal Westmoreland to expand
Monday, 10 April 2006

The new owner of Royal Westmoreland Resort is planning to spend $20 million to expand the international golf resort.
Chairman John Morphet says the money will be spent over the next two years to construct new attractions desired by guests and owners, including an additional nine holes on the golf course.
Mr. Morphet says he is satisfied with the returns on his investment since taking over the property eighteen months ago.
Chief Executive Officer, Roger Edghill says the Royal Westmoreland project has reached the halfway mark and should be completed within seven years.
One hundred and forty villas have already been sold. www.mullinsbay.com
