Mullins Beach Still Charming

This photo taken by Steve ( mgsteve56), a reader of this blog and a member of the Barbados TravelAdvisor Forum, captures the spirit which makes Mullins Beach so special with visitors and locals, especially the area around the beach bar.  Steve is currently visiting the area on holiday from the UK and used his cellphone to take the photo from the diving platform moored just offshore.  The beach itself has not yet fully recovered from the devasting waves last winter which if they had lasted one more day would have probably toppled the entire beach bar into the sea.   Despite this narrowing and lost of sand it retains almost all of the charm that  keeps visitors and locals coming back for more.
